Cancellation & Refund

Clinic Center & Telehealth: 100% refund of the payment only when the appointment is canceled before 2 hours or more.
Home Visit: 100% refund of the payment only when the appointment is canceled before 5 hours or more.
If the patient misses an appointment due to a ‘No Show’, the payment is non-refundable and the appointment can’t be rescheduled.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
